Using WhatsApp and Telegram, they offer \u201cVIP investment groups\u201d that lead to illegal betting platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victims are often Bangladeshi or Indian expatriates looking for extra income. The scams promise daily returns and show fake dashboards to appear profitable.
