Since 2023, members of this group have been engaged in fraudulent activities under the names <strong>WellxPay<\/strong>, <strong>PaybyBd<\/strong>, and currently \u2014 <strong>Kodapay.co<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\ufe0f\u20e3 WellxPay \u2014 a fake payment operator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In February 2024, the portal <em>Prothom Alo<\/em> reported on the company WellxPay (or WillxPay), which publicly claimed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To have a PSO license from Bangladesh Bank;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To cooperate with bKash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be associated with Sonia Bashir Kabir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All these claims were refuted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bangladesh Bank<\/strong> confirmed that WellxPay does not hold a PSO license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>bKash<\/strong> denied any cooperation with this organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sonia Bashir Kabir<\/strong> publicly stated that her name was used without permission.<br>Source: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/en.prothomalo.com\">Prothom Alo<\/a><br>Video: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EfJxdcWMQkU\">YouTube<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 Structure and connections to other projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>WellxPay<\/strong> website was built on WordPress (Elementor templates) and hosted on AWS in India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The legal entity <strong>WellxPay Limited<\/strong> is registered in the UK. Among its participants:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Md Rafy Hossain (Bangladesh)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jibondip Sarkar (India, also linked to ZuelPay)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alain Rafy (Singapore)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>John Le Plat (Canada)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After WellxPay was exposed, the project participants moved their activities to a new platform \u2014 <strong>PaybyBd<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/paybybd.com\">paybybd.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/auth.darazpay.com\/bd\">auth.darazpay.com\/bd<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/dbm5.darazpay.com\">dbm5.darazpay.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/paybybd\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 Current activity \u2014 Kodapay.co<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the mentioned individuals are operating under the brand <strong>Kodapay.co<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other brands used by this group include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zigowallet.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IPNPayment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SafeCommerz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay2BD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PaySafeBD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Evidence of affiliation on Telegram<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Telegram group <strong>BanglaPay Discuss<\/strong> (@banglapay_official, activity started on 25.06.2025), the first message was posted by <strong>@haque000<\/strong>, who then invited <strong>@Bussines_kodapay<\/strong> to the group, clearly indicating their close connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 Suspected support from MFS employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There is reason to believe that certain employees of <strong>bKash<\/strong> and <strong>Nagad<\/strong> may have unofficially supported the aforementioned individuals by ensuring uninterrupted operation of their accounts, despite clear signs of money laundering activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inter Shield Foundation<\/strong> continues to monitor this situation and has prepared all materials for submission to the relevant national and international authorities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Sir\/Madam, Inter Shield Foundation, an organization working in the field of information security and financial risk monitoring, reports the&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[7],"class_list":["post-595","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-gambling","tag-gambling"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
